Complete care carpets will pre inspect all carpet and upholstery before we commence work.
Already damaged ,ripped torn or poorly fitted carpets/upholstery will be reported to the customer and photographed.
We DO NOT guarantee the removal of any stains on the carpet or upholstery.
If a customer is unhappy with our quality of work they have 24 hours to contact us from the completion of the job.
